Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Snook A Look application or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding contract between you and RIVORA LABZ FZE LLC(“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in the Sharjah Free Zone, UAE.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Service is currently in pilot phase, primarily available in the UAE. Access in other regions may be limited or unavailable.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Post false match results or manipulate leaderboard standings.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or bans.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Table bookings are processed via Stripe. By completing a booking, you authorise Stripe to charge the payment method you provide. Prices are displayed in AED.

Cancellation and refunds:

• 4 or more hours before the slot: Full refund.
• 1 hour or more (but less than 4 hours) before the slot: 50% refund.
• Less than 1 hour before the slot or no-show: No refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to Stripe and your bank's processing times.

Snook A Look facilitates match challenges between players. When creating a challenge, you may choose a cost-allocation arrangement:

• Host pays: The player who sends the challenge covers the full table fee.
• Loser pays: The player who loses the match covers the full table fee.
• Split: Both players share the table fee equally.

These are cost-allocation mechanics only. Snook A Look does not operate gambling or speculative-financial services. No monetary rewards beyond the table fee itself are facilitated through the Service.

You may upload a profile photo and submit match results. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display your content within the Service.

Zero-tolerance for objectionable content. We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Content that is offensive, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate content removal and account suspension or permanent ejection from the Service.

Reporting.You may report objectionable content or abusive users at any time via the in-app “Report” function available on every user profile and match result. You may also report by email to support@snookalook.com. We will review all reports and take action within 24 hours.

Blocking.You may block any user at any time via the “Block” function on their profile. Blocked users cannot send you match challenges, view your profile, or contact you through the Service.

Our response commitment. We commit to reviewing all reports of objectionable content or abusive behaviour within 24 hours of receipt and taking appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or permanent account ejection.

Account ejection. We reserve the right to permanently eject any user whose conduct violates these standards, without prior notice and without refund of any prepaid amounts.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time via the app or at snookalook.com/delete-account.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that club availability data is always current.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
